        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular monthly meeting of The Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Authority office, Lambert Lane Extended, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530.  The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on proposed adjustments to its user fee rate schedule. The Authority shall provide evidence at the hearing showing that the proposed adjustments are necessary and reasonable and shall provide the opportunity for cross-examination on such evidence.  A transcript of the hearing shall be made and a copy thereof shall be available upon request to any interested party upon payment of a reasonable fee. The Board may go into closed session to discuss personnel, contracts, acquisition of property and possible litigation. Action may be taken by the Board on any other matters that go before them at the meeting. The agenda has been posted on the bulletin board at the LMUA and City Hall and the website at

            Please be advised that the Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority in the City of Lambertville, County of Hunterdon, shall conduct a sale of surplus property online.  The address of the auction site is .  The surplus property is being sold in an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties.

The online auction will commence on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. and close on Thursday, July 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
